Breads from Rina's Kitchen

Beer Bread II
Makes 1 loaf

3 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (12 ounce) can beer
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2. Mix all; put into loaf pan - be sure to fill corners. Melt
   butter, pour over top of bread. 
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 mins.
