Pasta Recipes from Rina's Kitchen


Bacon Spaghetti 
Makes 4-5 servings 

1 pound bacon
1 pound spaghetti
3 - 4 garlic cloves
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
                   
1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain well. Crumble. 
2. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. 
3. Process garlic cloves through a garlic press, and
   combine with olive oil. Toss spaghetti, bacon,
   garlic/olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
