Pasta Recipes from Rina's Kitchen


College Student's Gourmet Pasta 
Makes 2 servings                

2 cups pasta, any type
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
cooked chicken or shrimp                 
                   
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. 
2. To a saucepan, add butter or margarine, salt, milk, and
   Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat until combined.
   Pour mixture over pasta, and serve.
