Pasta Recipes from Rina's Kitchen


Lisa's Macaroni and Cheese 
Makes 6-8 servings 

1 (2 pound) package macaroni pasta
2 pounds grated cheese - a combination of Swiss,
cheddar, and mozzarella
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
salt
onion powder
garlic powder
dried parsley flakes
                   
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
2. Stir in cheese until thoroughly mixed and melting. Mix in
   milk. Season to taste with salt, onion powder, garlic
   powder, and parsley. Spoon into a large greased baking
   pan, and dot with margarine. 
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for about one hour.
