Pasta Recipes from Rina's Kitchen


Lucy's Mac and Corn 
Makes 6-8 servings  

1 (14.75 ounce) can cream style corn
1 (15.25 ounce) whole kernel corn, juice and all
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup Velveeta, sliced

1. Mix together creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and
   uncooked macaroni. Slice the butter, and mix into the
   corn mixture along with the cheese. Place in a buttered
   casserole dish. Cover. 
2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 mins. Uncover, stir, and
   bake uncovered for 30 more mins.
