Pasta Recipes from Rina's Kitchen


Polish Cabbage Noodles 
Makes 5-6 servings     

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, shredded
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
salt
ground black pepper
                   
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. 
2. Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet over med heat. Sauté
   cabbage and onions until tender. 
3. Drain pasta, and return to the pot. Add cabbage and
   onion mixture to the noodles, and toss. Season with salt
   and pepper to taste.
