Apple Cream Pie

4 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups half and half cream
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
                   
1. Place apples in pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour,
   nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over
   apples in shell. 
2. Melt the butter and stir into cream. Pour liquids over
   apples. 
3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 mins.
