Pies from Rina's Kitchen




Cherry Icebox Pie 

2 (14 fluid ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 eggs
1 (21 ounce) can pie cherries
1 prepared crust - vanilla wafer, graham cracker, or
  prebaked pastry shell
                   
1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs well. 
2. In another bowl, mix together milk and lemon juice, and
   add to the eggs. Stir in pie cherries. Pour filling into
   crust. Chill for 2 hours, and serve.
