Chocolate Layered Pie
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup nondairy whipped topping
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (6 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
2/3 cup milk
2 cups nondairy whipped topping
1. Mix together pecans, melted margarine, and flour. Pat
into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees F until lightly browned.
2. Mix 1 cup whipped topping, cream cheese, and confectioners
sugar until creamy. Spread on cooled crust.
3. Mix pudding mix with milk. Spread on top of cheese layer.
Spread remaining whipped topping on top. Chill 1 1/2-2 hours.
