Coconut Macaroon Pie 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 unbaked pie shell 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 eggs 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Place pecans in bottom of pie shell. 3. Combine melted butter, coconut, salt, water, flour, sugar, and slightly beaten eggs. Pour filling over pecans in crust. 4. Bake for 45 mins, or until golden brown. Cool.
