Dreamsicle Pie

1 graham cracker crust
vanilla icecream
orange sherbet
toasted coconut (optional)

Fill half the pie with softened vanilla icecream let set in
freezer till firm. Fill the remainder of the pie with orange
sherbet and Freeze till firm. cover with whipped cream and
toasted coconut. Freeze for 1/2 hour before serving.
