Pies from Rina's Kitchen


Naughty Hula Pie 

1 - 9 inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
4 cups good quality vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  (1 quart)
1 (7 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 (8 ounce) jar hot fudge sauce
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
                   
1. Reserve 1/2 cup of the nuts and stir the remaining nuts
   into the ice cream. Fill the cookie shell and return to the
   freezer until firm. 
2. When ready to serve cover the top with fudge sauce,
   dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with reserved
   1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts.
