Thanksgiving Meatloaf 
Makes 1 -9x5 inch loaf

2 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 1/2 cups chicken flavored dry stuffing mix (stove top)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
                   
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2. Mix together turkey, stuffing, eggs, and milk in a large
   bowl. Mixture will be lumpy. Spread mixture in 9x5 inch
   loaf pan. 
3. Bake for 1 hour until temperature reads 165 degrees F in
   center of loaf.
